I am from the Chippewas of Nawash (Cape Croker). I am employed by the Ottawa Police and am currently working in the Diversity Section in carriage of the Indigenous relations portfolio. I have a Masters Degree in Indigenous Policy and also currently sit on both the Indigenous Women's Safety Table and well as the Community Equity Council, Indigenous Committee.
